Abstract:In order to improve the coal recovery rate and prolong the service life of Xin’an Mine, the gob-side entry retaining was implemented in the transportation roadway of No.11212 - 2 Face. The length of the gob-side entry retaining was 770 m by the technology of “ pile-spraying concrete gob-side entry retaining ”. The combined support of advanced roof cutting and pressure relief + reinforced anchor cable + wall near the pile-spraying roadway was adopted. The jet grouting technology was a new method to build concrete wall. The sand and stone, cement and JCT-1 jetting concrete admixtures were mixed in a certain proportion under wet conditions to spray into the wall. The wall near the jet grouting concrete roadway played the role of isolating the goaf and supporting the roof of the roadway, which provided high strength support for the roof of the roadway in time. The application results showed that the technology had good roadway formation effect, achieved the goal of safety, efficiency and gob-side entry retaining, and had wide adaptability and popularization.
