In order to alleviate the shortage of mining and further improve the recovery rate of coal resources, the gob side entry retaining construction technology was implemented in No.1225 Face of Tao'er Mine. Based on the geological mining conditions of this face, the comprehensive technology of roof cutting and pressure relief gob side entry retaining was put forward, which was "advanced strengthening pre splitting support + directional pre splitting blasting + reinforcement support of roadway retaining section behind working face". The specific implementation scheme of roof cutting and pressure relief gob side entry retaining of 1225 face leather belt roadway was formulated, and the blasting parameters of deep hole directional cutting seam in roadway roof were determined. The field monitoring results showed that the roadway roof can cut the seam according to the predetermined direction after blasting cutting, and the cutting effect was good; in the process of roof cutting, the deformation rate of surrounding rock in the roadway repair preparation section was small; after pushing mining, the effect of retaining roadway support was good, and the purpose of retaining roadway was achieved.
