Abstract:With the acceleration of mining advancing speed in working face, it is required that the connection time of fully mechanized mining face is shorter and shorter. Therefore, shortening the time of equipment moving in fully mechanized mining face, improving the connection rate of mining area and the opening rate of fully mechanized equipment are the problems faced by modern mines. Taking Dongpang Coal Mine as the research object, according to the characteristics of rapid moving of fully mechanized working face with large mining height of 6.5 m in this mine, the integration process of opening and cutting roadway expansion was studied and developed by means of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, laboratory test and field test, and the corresponding construction methods were put forward. The purpose of multi-recovery of coal resources and shortening the moving time of working face was achieved, and the safe, high-yield and high-efficiency production of Dongpang Coal Mine was ensured, which provided reference for the mining of mines with similar conditions and the replacement of working faces in mining areas.
