Abstract:The mechanized method of open-off cut lengthening and support installation at the same time was used. The process of side expansion and side installation was adopted in No. 21221 Face, which realized the parallel operation between lengthening and support installation. This method reduced the roof support process in the side expansion area, shortened the installation time of the working face, shortened the equipment moving time of the fully mechanized mining face, improved the mining area connection rate and economic benefits, and ensured the safe, high-yield and efficient production in Dongpang Mine.
