Abstract: Gas chromatography was used to detect the content of chemical drug. The detection method is as follows: using Agilent DB-WAX column, FID detector, detector temperature 230 ℃, sampler temperature 200 ℃, column temperature 55 ℃, DMF as solvent, nitrogen as carrier gas, tested under the program heating condition, and calculated by external standard method. The results show that the methanol concentration has a good linear relationship between 0.742 4 u g/mL and 721 u g/ml, the correlation coefficient R2=0.999 8, linear equationY=171.24 x+172.72, relative error RSD less than 5%, the detection method obtained good peak type, good solvent peak and methanol peak separation, and simple operation, fast, accurate, high sensitivity, quantitative detection of methanol content, to improve the quality of the products.
