Abstract: A new method for measuring trichloroacetone was established using 0.1% sodium hydroxide as solvent, with nitrogen as a gas rate of 1 ml/min, ov-1 (equivalent to HPI column) capillary column: 30m * 0.50 m m * 3.0 μ m, FID detector, column temperature 150 ℃, sample inlet temperature 200 ℃, detector temperature 250 ℃. The results show that the trichloroacetone concentration has a good linear relationship between 0.148 8 u g/ml- -111.6000ug/ml, with the linear equation:y=8058.5x+5 790.6, the correlation coefficient R2=0.999 8, and the relative standard deviation of the RSD is less than 5%. The detection method is simple to operate, fast, with high precision and good reproducibility. It is suitable for the determination of residual solvent in folic acid, and provides a guarantee for improving the quality of folic acid products.
