Study on determination of R-3-Amino-1-butanol by gas chromatography

Abstract:The content of R-3-aminobutanol was determined by gas chromatography internal standard method. The separation degree of R-3-aminobutanol and related solvents was relatively high.By comparing the external standard method with the internal standard method, the RSD values of the internal standard method(0.46% and 0.94%) are much smaller than that of the external standard method (2.75% and 2.17%). The linear relationship between the concentration of R-3-aminobutanol and the response ratio was good in the range of 5.0~99.0 mg/mL, he linear regression equation was Y=0.102 6X-0.199 3, R2=0.999 2, the limits of detection and quantitation of the method were 0.50 mg/mL and 1.52 mg/mL, respectively, the recovery rate was 95.2% ~ 99.7% and RSD was 0.13% ~ 0.97%. The experimental results show that the internal standard method of gas chromatography has high accuracy and good repeatability, and has wide application and reference value in the field of monitoring and quality control of finished products in the production process
