Abstract: In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to extinguish the fire when the coal spontaneous combustion occurs in the goaf of 8105 working face, a colloid inhibitor foam fire prevention device was designed and developed. The influence of colloid inhibitor foam on coal spontaneous combustion was verified by temperature programmed test. Through the field application of 8105 working face, the gas changes of working face before and after application were analyzed. The results show that the concentration values of CO and CO2 in the goaf are reduced after the injection of colloidal inhibition foam, which can effectively inhibit the spontaneous combustion of coal and have a significant effect on the fire prevention of coal mines.
