Abstract: Huahong coal industry in the past working face section protection coal pillar width of 20 m, resulting in a lot of waste of coal resources. In order to change this situation, the technology of roof cutting and pressure relief and gob-side entry retaining in 9306 working face of the mine is proposed, and the simulation results are analyzed by FLAC3D software. Aiming at the problem of insufficient roadway support, high strength prestressed anchor cable is adopted to reinforce the roof. By monitoring the deformation of 9306 roadway, it shows that the deformation is within the controllable range. After the implementation of roof cutting pressure relief and gob-side entry retaining technology, the recovery rate of working face resources is improved to ensure safe mining.
