β -Lactamase inhibitors and their clinical efficacy in combination with antibiotics

With the abuse of antibiotics, some bacteria develop resistance to antibiotics, so β - lactamase inhibitors combined with antibiotics are used in clinical sterilization. The properties and clinical effects of the commonly used β - lactamase inhibitors including clavicoic acid, sulbatan and tazolatan, and their clinical application in combination with antibiotics were introduced. It is pointed out that the inhibition effect of existing inhibitors on cephalospora should be improved furtherly, and better chemical and biological products as β - lactamase inhibitors should the also developed furtherly.
