Xingdong Mine 2129 working face drainage roadway driving project was taken as an example to practice the rapid mining technology under complicated conditions with large inclination and large section. At present, compared with working face mining, the progress of roadway mechanization was relatively slow, which seriously restricted the safe and efficient development of the mine. With the increase of the production life of the mine, the mine's geological conditions such as long coal exit lines, deep coal seams, high ground pressure, and many faults were more and more complicated, mining succession was becoming increasingly tense, and fast roadway excavation was particularly important. Through technical research on the rapid digging technology of 2129 drainage tunnel, it provided experience and technical support for rapid mining of other mines.
