In view of the matching problem of fully mechanized mining equipment for large dip angle mining face of 2228 working face in Xingdong Mine, the structure of support, belt conveyor and transfer machine was analyzed and the equipment transformation plan was formulated. Practice showed that after transformation of the support, belt conveyor and transfer machine, the overall structural design and supporting performance was good, the whole machine ran smoothly, and the actions were consistent, which solved the problem caused by the soft floor of the Xingdong Mine for a long time, solving the problem of transfer machine could not be equipped with a self-moving device, creating favorable conditions for efficient production of coal mines.
