Based on the actual mining conditions of the 8709 working face transportation of No.11 coal in Jinhuagong Mine, the main problems in the rapid mining of the No.8 coal seam of 8709 working face transportation roadway were analyzed, and the selection and excavation equipment were optimized. The equipment cutting process, the cross-parallel operation in different processes, and the operation cycle mode was optimized. The rapid excavation process not only effectively shortened the tunneling cycle, but also brought economic benefits for the coal mining enterprises.
