Based on slow speed of mining machine in super-long and high-angle roadway construction, through theoretical analysis, machine and construction technology improvement to increase machine crawler and bottom friction, high strength bolt pulling cutting head power and fast roadway methods of process optimization, effectively prevented machine instability, to speed up the high-angle roadway mining. Industrial test showed that when the machine distance 200 m from working face, largest quantity of roadway roof absciss layer 7 mm, shallow roadway roof abscission layer was 3 mm, the new support measures provided effective support of roadway, the roadway drivage maximum speed 18 m/d, drivage rate was improved obviously.
