The hydraulic support is a supporting device for the fully mechanized mining face, which can provide safe working space for personnel and equipment. The geological conditions of the Kailuan coalfield are complicated. In the process of using the hydraulic support, the front of the base is likely to sink down, which affects the normal mining and support advancement of the working surface. In view of this situation, it is necessary to provide a bottom lifting device and a pushing device at the front end of the hydraulic support base. The ZY6400/21/45 support was taken as an example, a feasible method for the optimization design of the hydraulic support bottoming device was proposed. The structure and performance of the optimized bottom lifting device was greatly improved.
