Aiming at the problems of cross-chair, slip and suspension support, such as complex structure, small working resistance and difficult handling, the support was improved and designed according to the structure and function requirements of the support. The ZCZ15000/23/45 advanced hydraulic support with the advantages of large supporting resistance, high strength, large supporting area, light weight, convenient movement and no underpinning. Hydraulic support was used in underground roadways for more than seven months. The deformation of roadways was small and the deformation was within a reasonable range, which met the design requirements. It significantly improved the defects of cross-chair, slip and suspension support, and guaranteed the safe production of working face, with important production meaning for the mine.
