To study the rich water specially thick coal seam roof two column and four pillars sublevel caving support adaptive, Taking the 21302 and 21303 fully mechanized caving face in Cui Mu coal mine as an example, through the analysis of the stress of the fully mechanized caving support during the normal production period and the water outlet, it is concluded that: two column cover type during the normal production of working face caving stent has good adaptability, but during the period of working face water exceptions to pressure adaptability is poorer; ZF15000 / 21 / 38 four pillars supporting shield caving support during normal production and water pressure have good adaptability. Two pillars sublevel caving support in the special geological conditions of incommensurate besides associated with poor stability, their, also related to such factors as the initial stent supporting force on the low side.Within a certain range, improve the early stent supporting force can obviously improve the supporting performance of stents.
