Based on high consumption, low ash content and high circulating water concentration problem in Baidong Coal Preparation Plant design, combined with coal preparation technology and equipment application, transformation plan of desiccation system and slime treatment system was given, the concentration of circulating water decreased obviously after transforming curvilinear screen of gangue and gangue disengaging screen, reconstruction of spray pipe road, upgrading of hydraulic classifier and optimization of magnetic separation machinery tail mine pipeline, with obvious economic and social benefits.
