With the rapid development of high-speed railway technology at home and abroad in recent years, train running should be at a high speed smooth, comfortable and safe performance. It is very important to have the size precision, performance and strength of rail. Universal roughing deformation theory calculation method was introduced, through theoretical analysis, a reasonable simplified rail section shape, with the procedures of the data to make comparison, finally it proved the correctness of the calculation model. In this paper, the research makes the product development and the production cost greatly reduced, provides reference for optimization design of pass of the heavy rail. It also provides theoretical basis for the development of rail rolling to high quality in the future, and has great practical significance.
