The loading condition of the driving cylinder of EBZ150 type mining heading machine in Sunjiagou Mine was analyzed, the posture of the cutting arm of the mining machine was studied, data screening from collection by the pressure sensor and the recorder was carried out. The load condition of the rotary cylinder and the lift cylinder during the tunneling process of the mining machine was obtained, which provided  basis for the stability guarantee of the work of the cutting section.
