Abstract:In order to alleviate the imbalance of mining and excavation replacement and reduce the amount of roadway excavation in Qinxin Mine, combined with the geological conditions of the roof and floor of the coal seam, the scheme of ' pre-splitting deep hole blasting roof cutting and pressure relief gob-side entry retaining technology ' was designed, and the gob-side entry retaining technology test was carried out in No.1025 Face. After the reinforcement support of the 1025 lower crossheading, the deep hole pre-splitting blasting was carried out on the roof of the goaf side of the crossheading, so as to realize the pre-splitting pressure relief of the roof of the working face. The roof strata of the goaf fall along the design position of the pre-splitting blasted after the mining of the working face, and the fallen gangue filled the space of the goaf and formed the return air crossheading of the next working face. After 3 months of maintenance management and mine pressure observation after retaining roadway, the surrounding rock of roadway retained under 1025 was basically stable, and the deformation of roadway top and side was within the controllable range, which meet the use demand of return air roadway.
