In order to solve a series of problems such as low operating efficiency, mechanical efficiency, maintenance difficulty and cost caused by the adoption of speed-controlled hydraulic coupling in Yamei Daning main inclined shaft belt conveyor, the necessity of upgrading the main inclined shaft belt conveyor was analyzed with emphasis, and a transformation plan based on drive control frequency conversion energy-saving technology was proposed, which was studied in detail in terms of electrical system and mechanical structure, and finally, according to the power formula, the calculation of energy-saving economic benefits was carried out. The results showed that the frequency conversion energy-saving transformation significantly improved the service life of the belt machine and belt, with low equipment failure rate, reduced the maintenance workload of the belt machine, saved energy significantly, and improved the operation efficiency of the whole main transportation system.
