In order to ensure safe and efficient mining and improve mechanization and automation level, ZF5800/16/80hydraulic bracket in Changzhi Jingfang Coal Industry was taken as an example, an integrated control system based on 3-layer control structure and the analysis of hydraulic bracket structure and electro-hydraulic system function was designed, which controlled electromagnetic pilot valve and hydraulic switch, and realized accurate control of hydraulic support. The practice showed that the system can realize the functions of data acquisition, communication transmission and data analysis at the bottom of the hydraulic support, which improved the circuit design principles and enhanced the safe mining.
