The over-supported hydraulic support top beam in the roadway has an important impact on the safety of coal mine production. The ZT 2×3200/18/35 overhead support hydraulic support of Xinzhi Mine was taken as an example, the selection and design of the top beam structure of the hydraulic bracket was introduced, and static and modal analysis of the top beam was carried out by finite element method to verify the reliability and safety of the top beam structure.
