The mining of 2126 working face in Xingdong Mine was taken as an example to study the mining technology of working face under complex geological conditions. The roof of the 2126 working face was a composite roof, and the surrounding rock was relatively broken. The roof of the working face was difficult to control during the mining process, which had a serious impact on the normal and safe production of the working face. At the same time, in the process of mining, serious roof slag and coal wall slabs appeared, the difficulty of bracket docking increased abnormally, the water flow of working surface increased, with difficult drainage, large-area brackets were crushed, and the difficulty of recovery was increased. Through the technical research of the fully mechanized mining face under complex geological conditions, the safe mining of the working face under the complex geological conditions of large mining depth and large ground pressure was realized, which provided experience and technical support for the safe mining of the working face under the complex conditions of the mine.
