Based on hydraulic pressure supply and demand not reaching dynamic equilibrium of emulsion pump supporting in fully mechanized working face, leading to insufficient and over hydraulic pressure and uncentralized monitoring of operating parameters and status, emulsion pump frequency control system including inverter, PLC control cabinet, hydraulic sensor was studied, the system was applied in Yanya Mining Company to conduct variable frequency centralized control to emulsion pump station, realizing dynamic balance of hydraulic pressure and energy saving effect.
