Mine drainage is an important aspect of mine safety, and the safe supply of power to the pump room in the mining area is the primary condition for the normal operation of the pump room. Considering Gequan Mine east shaft geographic environment, mine water gush is particularly large, drainage task is arduous. Combined with the actual situation of Gequan Mine, according to the requirements of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations, a set of double-loop power supply scheme was designed, a new drainage strategy in the scheme was developed, such as a special anti-flooding direct discharge design and reed control automatic start submersible pump design, ensured the flexibility and reliability of the pump drainage, improved the stability of the drainage system, ensured the safe mining.
