In the traditional grouting process, the proportioning accuracy of the jet stream method grouting is low, the waste of raw materials is serious and the grouting effect is normal, while the high-speed eddy current grouting process is complicated, the labor cost is high, with environmental pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a set of automatic control pulping system that can improve the proportioning precision, save labor, with safety and stability. The No.14 grouting station of Wutongzhuang Mine of Fengfeng Group as an example, the research and application of Siemens SMART PLC in the grouting station control system was described in detail.
