In order to solve the inclined roof coal roadway surrounding rock stability control problems, based on Mohr Kulun rock strength criterion, the mechanical model for roof of inclined and inclined roadway is established, the two kinds of inclined roadway roof instability mechanism are carried out in-depth analysis, the asymmetric caving distribution law of inclined roadway roof is obtained, the results show that the upper end of the inclined roadway more easily falling and falling height greater, then calculate the upper and lower ends of roof caving angle, the roof support control range of the gateway is determined, which provides a useful theoretical guidance for the engineering practice of inclined coal seam roadway, according to the focus on the control of key parts of the principle of the adjustment and optimization of roadway roof and timbering parameters, which have good technique effect.
