Failure mechanism and control technology of soft rock roadway roof with large section in deep mine

To solve the problem of the broken roof not forming a bearing structure in deep roadway with large section and soft rock condition, influence of cross section size on stress field, displacement field and plastic zone of roadway roof is systematically researched through field investigation, field tests, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method. The failure mechanism of roadway roof with large section is clarified in deep mine, the “multiple supporting structure” control system is proposed. It combines bolting and shotcreting support structure of outer ring with high strength U steel bracket of inner ring. Finally, the high strength and high rigidity anchor shell supporting structure is formed, the roof deformation of the large cross section and soft rock roadway is controlled effectively in deep mine, and the application effect is good.
