Study on bolting support technique in 020902 car yard complex intersection of Pinggou Mine

Based on arrangement of 020902 panel car yard in Pinggou Mine, numericalsimulation software was used to analyze stress distribution characteristics of this roadway group surrounding rock and stability of surrounding rock structure. The results showed that "K+I" type complex intersection of multiple roadways was located in weak stability position of surrounding rock with large sections of roadway. Stability of load-bearing structure of "triangle" surrounding rock among roadways was relatively poor and there were hidden dangers on its edges, so that it was necessary to strengthen supporting intensity of roof and floor as well as two sides, especially in surrounding rock mass at the intersection of roadway. Meanwhile, control measures of surrounding rock with bolt + mesh + steel frame + anchor rope were proposed, numerical simulations and field industrial tests were used to get feedback, which meant this ombined support scheme with cable and anchor was effective to surrounding rock control of "K+I" type complex intersection. And this scheme was successful to support of gateway in complicated surrounding rock under stress environment, which made a difference in safety production.
