Abstract：With the continuous mining of coal mine, the contradiction of mining and driving are becoming increasingly prominent, especially the rock roadway excavation seriously restricts the connection and layout. In order to explore the rapid excavation of rock roadway, the comprehensive excavation rapid excavation line in 15249s top extraction roadway was arranged in Jiulong Mine. The mechanized operation line of cantilever roadheader, bridge type belt conveyor, extensible belt conveyor was adopted in the rock roadway. The management innovation was actively carried out, the roadway layer was reasonably selected, and the support design was continuously optimized, so as to overcome the high hardness of rock complex quality conditions, the whole rock section of the roadway with a length of 13m2 was 208m per month.
