When the 1302 working face of Lu’an Mining Group Licun Mine started recovery mining, serious instability and failure occurred in the surrounding rocks of its transportation roadway, which resulted in the failure of normal production of the working face. Through the field observation of mine pressure, it was found that the section of 1302 transportation roadway where the mine pressure was severe, the subsidence of roof and floor was up to 750~900 mm, the deformation of solid coal seam was 350~500 mm, and the deformation of coal pillar was 550~700 mm, and the surrounding rock was seriously broken. Therefore, grouting technology was adopted to reinforce the surrounding rock. Through numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, the reinforcement scheme was determined, the roof of 1302 transportation roadway was strengthened by grouting pipe and grouting anchor cable, and the coal pillar was strengthened by grouting anchor cable. Field application and mine pressure monitoring results showed that surrounding rock deformation of 1302 transport roadway under the influence of mining after grouting reinforcement, roof subsidence was not greater than 390 mm, displacement of two sides was not greater than 660 mm, and roadway deformation did not affect the normal use of roadway during mining.
