In order to solve the problem of the serious surrounding rock deformation under the influence of mining under the adjacent working face after the 9-301 working face air return roadway completion of the Pang Pangta Mine of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group, the problem of insufficient strength of the side pillars of the coal pillar and the support of the roof near the coal pillar in original support system was discovered through field observation. According to the production experience, the asymmetric support system of “anchor + channel + steel combined ring beam” was designed, and the anchor beam truss branch was determined by numerical simulation. Protection program parameters, eccentricity was 450 mm and span was 1.4 m. The field observation results showed that the displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway near the incision was slightly larger under the influence of mining. The maximum amount of the top and bottom plates was about 160 mm, the maximum of the two sides was about 100 mm, the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway was good, with small deformation, which can meet the requirements of the production of the working face and achieve a good support effect.
