Based on the statistics and analysis of the mining pressure data of 31101 working face in Nalinhe No.2 Mine, it was concluded that the pressure step, dynamic load coefficient and periodic pressure of the working face showed an obvious alternating rule of “two small pressures and one large pressure”. The shape of the overburden structure corresponding to each pressure anomaly was analyzed, and the law between water rushing and mining pressure was concluded as “first water coming back pressure” with increasing water spraying and large water inrush on the working face, providing a reference for the roof management and water inflow prediction of the large mining height working face in Mengshan area.
