In order to ensure the stability of 11214 transportation roadway mining along goaf, the support technology under asymmetric deformation was studied. The results showed that under the original support scheme, the floor and side heave of the roadway were serious, and the deformation of the right side was larger than that of the left side, showing obvious asymmetric deformation. According to the above conclusions, the optimization design of roadway was proposed. Combined with the field monitoring results, the deformation of the left and right sides and the upper and lower sides tended to be balanced, and the optimized construction scheme can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway.
