To decrease loss of coal pillars, make full use of advantages of gob-side entry driving and avoid effect of secondary mining on gob-side entry driving filling wall, mining technique of present packing body in roadway concrete wall without coal pillars in Changcun Coal Mine S511 fully mechanized caving faces was put forward through analysis of surrounding rock structure stability and determination of filling body parameters based on numerical simulation. As a result, with 1.6 m wide and C30 strength concrete wall, this technical test had achieved initial success with anchor wire rope single column support.
