The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to test the trace elements in No. 9 coal seam of Gequan Mine. The characteristics, enrichment degree and distribution characteristics of trace elements in No. 9 coal were discussed, and trace elements were studied through correlation analysis.. The results showed that the elements enriched in No. 9 coal of Gequan Coal Mine were Li, Ga, Sr, Mo, Cd, In, Sb, Pb, Bi, U, Zr. The enrichment factors showed that the trace elements in No. 9 coal were mainly land sources. Groundwater leaching had a significant effect on the enrichment of trace microelement.
