Based on deformation of surrounding rock caused by stress faliure and partial failure of existing anchor rods, control technique of “shotcrete bolt grouting” was used to monitor roadway to observe subsidence displacement of surrounding rock roof and displacement of two groups. The results showed that the fractured surrounding rock was cemented into a whole, the grouted bolt combined isolation arch, compression arch and reinforcing arch, which effectively improved stability and bearing capacity of surrounding rock.
