The content of food additive, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium, were respectivelydetermined using the United States Agilent Co liquid chromatograph 1260 by UV fixed wavelength detection method, and according to retention time qualitative and external standard peak area quantification. The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, satisfactory test results, can be widely used for the determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium content in various types of food.
