Using sodium hypochlorite as oxidizing agent, accelerator M and cyclohexylamine as raw materials, accelerator CBS was synthesized, and the factors affecting the reaction process were in depth analyzed. By adding surfactant, the vulcanization accelerator played a role of solubilization, and improved the dispersion effect of the reaction materials; by optimizing the reaction ratio, the reaction temperature and the initial concentration of cyclohexylamine, and adding sulfuric acid, controlling the discharge temperature, product quality is stable, the reaction recovery rate can be improved.
