Ethyl trifluoromethanesulfonate was synthesized by using diethyl sulfate and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid as raw materials. The high purity product could be obtained by distillation.The process was simple and no side effects.The product purity was up to 99.5%, the yield was up to 90%.
