The detection of the content of thiol groups is very important in the biological and biomedical fields. The content of the thiol group in the living body was detected using Luo Danming as a fluorescent probe containing the Se-N bond. The detection conditions: the temperature was 25℃, 0.5 mol / L rhodamine Se-N was mixed with glutathione (GSH) in pH=7.4 phosphate buffer solution(PBS), the temperature of the solutions kept for 30 min, the fluorescence properties of the solution was detected by fluorescence analyzer, the concentrations of glutathione was detected through the changes of the spectra of the rhodamine fluorescence. The experiment results show that the Luo Danming fluorescent probe with Se-N bond has high sensitivity and selectivity in the detection of cell HL-7702 and HepG2, can be used to detect the thiol content in biological cells.
