In view of the current existing online detection of mine hoist brake shoe machine problem, the implementation of Labview and Ethernet based distributed real-time detection for brake system of network communication was designed and complemented, brake signal acquisition card was composed of data acquisition with Ethernet communication function, through Labview programming, the host computer displays monitor screen, the brake shoe clearance, including detection of functional shoe wear and the brake disc temperature. The practice showed that the system effectively solved relative monitoring issues in mine hoisting system.
