Zhangcun Mine was affected by the eastern multi-layer igneous rock intrusion and faults. The mining geological conditions of the No.2 and No.2 lower coal seams of the Permian Shanxi Formation were extremely complex. The complex geological conditions had a great impact on coal seam mining, and the mine water inflow also increased from about 10 m3 per hour in the early stage of mining to the current 650 ~ 700 m3. The large water inflow not only greatly increased the cost of mine drainage, but also reduced the disaster resistance of the mine. Through the collection of hydrological characteristics including the change of water quantity at the water outflow point, the change of water level in the observation hole and the water quality of the water outflow point, the internal correlation of each water?outflow point was found out, the water source, channel and runoff conditions were analyzed, and finally the countermeasures were put forward, so as to reduce the water inflow of the mine and improve the disaster resistance of the mine.
