Abstract:In recent years, with the increasing depth of coal mining in the whole country, especially in the eastern region, under the influence of mining dynamic pressure, the deformation of the roof was serious, and the floor heaved. The mining field of Dongpang Mine was gradually transferred to the deep area. The surrounding rock of coal roadway had the characteristics of complex stress field, creep of coal body and typical soft and broken coal seam, which can easily leaded to large deformation of surrounding rock of coal roadway. In view of this situation, Dongpang Mine studied the comprehensive control technology of roadway surrounding rock under complex stress conditions in the track roadway of 12 mining area. The support mode of one row of anchor bolts and one row of anchor cables was adopted, and the support strength was improved by means of full anchor cable support, shotcrete and grouting. On the basis of high strength support and other means, a new method of excavating a large hole in the deep area of coal side and arranging control system for continuous large deformation control was put forward. Resist the large deformation of surrounding rock in deep roadway. According to the analysis of the observation data, it was seen that the relative deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was greatly reduced, the stability was greatly improved, the long-term stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway was ensured, the deformation degree of the roadway was reduced, the service life of the roadway was prolonged, and the roadway repair cost caused by repeated maintenance of the roadway was reduced, which provided theoretical and technical experience for the support of the surrounding rock of the same type of roadway.
