Kailuan Linxi Power Plant is a heat source plant that pumps steam for heating and power generation. To address the problem that about 20% of the low-temperature waste heat from the boiler heat in the plant was released in the form of spent vapor condensation, a waste heat recovery system consisting of an absorption heat pump was developed. The design of a high-precision digital PID control system, the use of highly hydrophilic copper tubes as evaporator, absorber and generator, and the use of a unique scattering tube solution spraying method ensured the stability and efficiency of the system. The practical results showed that the system had the advantages of simple system, low operation cost, more total recovered waste heat, energy saving and environmental protection, etc. , with good application.
