With the background of the 98 ~ 158 m section of the main inclined shaft of Songxinzhuang Mine in Ningxia province, the theoretical analysis and engineering analogy were used to analyze the damage mechanism of the wall of the shaft through the flowing sand layer, and to propose the comprehensive prevention and repair of pipe shed grouting + surface precipitation + ground grouting. The parameters such as injection pressure, injection diffusion radius and injection volume were derived from theoretical calculation and engineering experience. The engineering practice showed that the comprehensive measures effectively controlled the wellbore gush water below 2 m3/h, basically without sand gush phenomenon, which provided relevant reference for the control of gush water and sand gush under similar geological conditions of inclined shaft.
