n order to solve the problem of peeling and cracking of the slurry in the transportation roadway after renovation, the grouting reinforcement materials with more suitable performance were selected based on the geological characteristics of the roadway to be reinforced,and the industrial test of grouting reinforcement was carried out, the causes of roadway damage were discussed, and the mechanism of grouting to strengthening the surrounding rock of roadway was introduced. According to the practical experience and engineering test, the suitable grouting parameters, such as grouting pressure, grouting amount, hole spacing and hole depth were confirmed. The test results show that the maximum displacement change from the cross test point to the top, bottom and left and right sides is only 10 mm, and there is no obvious slurry skin cracking. Through grouting reinforcement, the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway are significantly improved.
