In response to the abandonment of the main and secondary shafts in the recovery of Rongtai Mine 10115 (2) mining face, the main and secondary shafts with lots of fillings, mainly loose loess, based on the analysis of the mining technical conditions of old roadway, roof and floor it was proposed to use Yuguning chemical reinforcement material to strengthen the waste. The roof and the coal seam mined were grouted and reinforced, it showed that the scheme played a reinforcing role. It can not only ensure the integrated mining face to cross the shaft safely, efficiently and smoothly, but also improve the recovery rate of coal resources, which is the best solution for the similar condition of mine cross-mining, serving a reference for abandoned shaft or recycled coal columns.
